I did everything right. I was a lifelong athlete with a degree in human development, certifications in multiple fitness modalities and over two decades of training behind me. And still — after three kids, my body fell apart. Leaking when I laughed. Pain that wouldn't quit. A core that looked ok but absolutely was not functioning and ultimately lead to pelvic organ prolapse. I went to doctors. They told me this was just what happens and surgery is the only answer. I refused to accept that.

I went searching for answers and found PRI and DNS — clinical frameworks that most trainers have never heard of, but that elite physical therapists swear by. They explained everything my doctors couldn't. I rebuilt myself from the inside out. Then I started helping other women do the same. Then I wrote the book.
